These terms govern the use of Tosaki, the app and this site, provided by Juan José Vizhñay Agudo, based in Ecuador. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
What Tosaki is
Tosaki is a tool for organizing your personal finances using the information you enter. It is not a bank, does not move money, does not connect to your bank accounts and does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. The amounts it calculates, such as what is available to spend, are estimates based on your records. Review them before making important decisions.
Your account
- You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email and your device secure.
- You must be at least 16 or the minimum age required in your country to accept these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tosaki for illegal activities, to attempt to access other people’s data or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do so.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. You give us the permission needed to store and process it solely to provide the service. The privacy policy explains how we do this.
Price
Tosaki is currently free. If we offer paid features in the future, they will be billed through the App Store. You will see the price and conditions before subscribing.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Tosaki running well and available, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, improve or remove features. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or financial decisions made on the basis of the app’s calculations. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by your country’s consumer protection laws.
Apple
These terms are between you and Juan José Vizhñay Agudo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
